False Peak collab with Neap Tide brewing for summer saison!

 

At False Peak base camp, kombucha has been brewed for quite some time now. At a recent house party celebration, I got talking to Alex Frangoulis, who started Neap Tide brewing about doing a collaboration. He tasted a dragonfruit and strawberry kombucha batch that I had admittedly left in fermentation for a touch too long; however, he saw some similar quality to some sour beers that he had been recently brewing and asked if I wanted to supply some kombucha for a new sour beer batch. The result has just been bottled for its second fermentation and I am proud to announce a super limited run of of a Soured Brett Saison blended with kombucha and refermented on raspberries and dragonfruit. The carbs have been amped up to give it effervescence similar to sparkling wine. Feel free to hit me up if you’re interested in a taste!
